13 MYSTERIES is the latest feature film by James Noel, a graduate of the Echo Park Film Center youth program, a math student at U.C. Santa Cruz, and the creator of THE WORLD, OMADOX, and VREM.

In an alternate 1970s, an investigator visits North Cactus City, a small town somewhere in the southwest, to study the lingering effects of an earlier Roswell type incident, and discovers a conspiracy to overthrow the beloved mayor. FILMMAKER IN ATTENDANCE!
